Training (13 June 2023) at Lifelong Learning Institute on The Handing/Taking Process for Strata Developments.
The attendees were trained on:
1. The requirements that are specified in the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act And Building Maintenance(Strata Management) Regulations, for handing over from any Developer;
2. The issues concerning taking and handing over between Managing Agent firms and from within a Managing Agent firm;
3. The recommended processes in taking and handing over of any strata development
Attendees that completed the training earned Two CPD points for Accreditation.
