Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as non-profit organisations who are tenants in privately owned commercial properties can expect cash payouts from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). These rental relief of half month will be given to the tenants directly from IRAS instead of to the landlords whom then pass to the tenants. This is certainly good news for the SMEs.
