MCST could deny parking if car owner could not produce evidence of residency

This case, Manohar K D Nanwani v MCST  1884 [2023] SGDC 40 set a clear decision that an MCST could enforce its bylaw – not to issue any car decal to a car  owner if that car owner could not produce evidence that he is a resident of the estate. The  MCST could  enforce action against his  car including wheel clamping it, if  that car is found  parked in the estate.
