With the young workforce, especially GEN Z, seeking work-life-balance and companies that invest in them, the old methods may no longer work. Leaders with a big dream and the will to change may be the inspiration for others to follow.
As manpower costs have risen tremendously, leaders in this profession should not champion for the lowest fee. By adopting successful models and introducing new products/services with trust, businesses can be scalable and generate revenue.
Adopting the latest technology does not mean losing the human touch in customer interactions. Instead, we should use technology to deliver superior service to our customers. Good customer service does not necessarily mean physical human interaction. We should adopt the Digi-Physical concept to contain costs.
