There are by-laws in most condos for wheel clamping action against indiscrimate carparking. If a wheel clamping action has been executed according to SOP, there should be no reason for any car owner to put blame on a security officer for discharging his duty. Living in a strata development requires consideration and tolerance for others. Be a good neighbour. If every resident understand and is a good neighbour, the strata community would be happier with fewer disputes.
