On 17 May 2024, three articles about human resources appeared in the Straits Times. One reported about a new framework from the Singapore Institute of Architects, to curb brain drain affecting the profession . The other was about an aging workforce in the manufacturing sector. The third was about the misperceptions of accountancy as a” boring” job. All three articles shared the challenges encountered with human resources and the aspiration for increased salaries for the workforce.
