Most eAGMs convened by my company in the past 2 months were delivered in shorter time by up to 50% comparing with 2019. There were significant reduction in the use of paper, giving an impressive 80% saving in cost for some MCSTs.eAGM is likely the preferred future mode for the delivery of general meetings.
