Mr Loi Hwee Yong,Registered Surveyor of HY Loi Consultants shared about the interpretation of Certified Strata Plans(CPST) with our strata managers on 12.12.2020. Among others, we learned: the old and new type of CPST; the red lines; black lines;broken lines; the boundaries on plans and on elevations; strata areas with and without void; including some legal cases for commercial,indusrial and residential strata developments. At the end of the lesson, I presented Mr Loi ” A Practical Guide to Strata Management in Singapore (Second Edition)” as an appreciation.
