A Practical Guide to Strata Management in Singapore (Second Edition) was successfully launched at Real Estate & Construction Academy this afternoon. The audience comprised: Representatives from managing agent firms, developer firms, legal firms, real estate agencies, insurance agencies, council members of MCSTs and property owners. Special Speakers: Wan Fook Kong (Equity Owner of Qornerstone Ltd), Clarence Hwee ( Asst General Manager-Property Management, Keppel Land Realty Pte Ltd) and Andrew Lioe ( A4 International Pte Ltd) shared how practitioners could seek “Towards Better Strata Management”. Among others, the speakers spoke about the perennial challenges relating to falling managing agent fee, rising expectations, mis-interpretation of defects, computation of maintenance fund, technology for productivity, staff turnover and the need for change.
