After completing National Service in 1984, I began my career as a property management assistant at an international property consultancy firm.
As Singapore’s skyline transformed in the 1990s with a surge in condo developments, I saw an opportunity in condo management.
In 1993, I took a leap of faith and started my own company, laying the foundation for a dream that would evolve with time.
Back then, the industry relied heavily on paper, pen and filing cabinets.
Misplaced documents and time-consuming searches were common.
But in 2003, the SARS outbreak was a wake-up call—business continuity required immediate and remote access to information.
That realisation led me to invest in servers and digitise our operations.
In 2004, we built our own system, Web-Promis, to manage documents and operations digitally.
It was ahead of its time and adoption required constant effort and patience.
But technology didn’t stop evolving and neither did we.
With government support, we upgraded to Qornerstone Estate in 2021, a fully integrated digital platform.
From automated car entry via licence plate recognition to seamless condo operations, we pushed boundaries.
In 2023, I was honored to be featured on CNA’s Singapore Tonight (the largest multinational news channel in Singapore), championing digital transformation in condo management.
Today, Wisely 98 Pte Ltd is proud to be known as the Digital Strata Managing Agent.
The future is digital and it’s already here.
