Completed a class today on Application of Builiding Maintenance & Strata Management Act at Singapore Polytechnic. This is one of the 4 compulsory modules that any trainee is required to complete before he could be conferred as an Accredited Strata Manager. The trainees posed many interesting questions during the two days sessions.
