At a class (22 & 23 Apr) I conducted on the Application of the BMSMA (Building Maintenance & Management Act), I saw firsthand what’s possible.
The trainees’ energy was infectious. They asked bold questions, explored new ideas and embraced fresh knowledge with open minds.
It was a clear reminder that when we are eager to learn, change becomes exciting, not frightening.
Digital transformation doesn’t happen tomorrow. It starts today and with each of us.
Let’s be the drivers of change, not the ones left behind.
The future of condo management is ours to shape. The time to act is now.
