I concluded my presentation for the delegates today as follows:
We are in a transition phase. This transition requires People, Process and Perseverance
People- The change must be directed from people at the top management. A successful change requires commitment from the top management
Process- The digital tool is dead. The process in making thing happen is live. The digital tool alone cannot produce the change. The processes how to integrate and how to make a transaction occurs is more important.
Perseverance- Change can be painful. Along the way, there could be trials and errors committed. But with perseverance, digitalisation in strata management would prevail.
